Customer Success Associate (Outbound Sales – Insurance)

Join our dynamic team and build a rewarding career in the insurance industry! 🔹 Role Overview As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for selling health & life insurance policies through outbound calls while delivering a great customer experience. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✔️ Sell insurance policies by explaining benefits, coverage & exclusions ✔️ Achieve sales targets and drive conversions ✔️ Handle customer queries & objections effectively ✔️ Build strong customer relationships ✔️ Maintain accurate sales records 🔹 Who Can Apply? 🎓 Undergraduate / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced) 📞 Comfortable with outbound sales & target-driven roles 🗣️ Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory) 🌐 Knowledge of Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada is a plus 🔹 Preferred ⭐ Minimum 1 year experience in domestic health insurance sales 🔹 Salary 💰 ₹24K–₹25K CTC (Freshers) 💰 Up to ₹30K CTC (Experienced candidates) 🔹 Work Details 🕘 Rotational day shifts (up to 9 PM for males / 8 PM for females) 📅 6 days working 🔹 Interview Process HR Round → Ops Round → Versant Test → Final Round
